Both individual and business clients rely on me for skilled representation in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapter 11, Chapter 7 and Subchapter 5. My extensive bankruptcy experience includes serving as a court-appointed liquidating trustee for large-scale Chapter 11 business bankruptcies.
In my role as a consultant, I advise distressed businesses on their options for addressing insolvency.
